Diamond Creations is the exclusive caterer for the E-Center of West Valley City. Diamond provides exceptional food and beverage options of all kinds for groups of any size.
Although Diamond Creations is the exclusive or preferred caterer for other venues such as Red Butte Garden, the Utah Cultural Celebration Center and the USANA Amphitheatre, the current jewel of their portfolio is the E-Center of West Valley City.
The E-Center constructed 13 Concession locations, a suite operation for 46 luxury and party suites and a catering operation for 30,000 square feet of catering space. Diamond has been the exclusive catering and concessions provider since the E-Center opened its doors in September of 1997!
